Rental conditions
- We rent out exclusively in accordance with our General Rental Terms and Conditions for Construction Machinery and Equipment.
- All prices are valid for an 8-hour working day. Overuse will be charged pro rata.
- The rent is calculated per weekday (Mon.-Fri.). Exceptions with calendar day billing are marked separately. Special rates apply for weekly rentals.
- The rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the day of return delivery.
- Freight costs for outward and return delivery are charged separately.
- Fuel, oil, daily maintenance and driver are provided by the hirer. Machines are delivered with a full tank of fuel; any shortfall found on return delivery will be charged.
- Final cleaning costs will be charged at cost, including disposal.
- Damage to the rental equipment must be reported to us immediately.
- Machine breakage insurance is compulsory where stated. The deductibles stated in the rental contract apply.
- The hirer must take suitable measures to protect rental equipment against theft and vandalism.
- All prices are net prices and do not include statutory VAT ex location.
- The rent is payable in advance and cannot be discounted.
- HRU must be notified immediately if the operating hours counter fails.
- Rent replacement is only possible after written notification (fax, e-mail) and requires the consent of the lessor. During the suspension period, 25% of the rental rate will continue to be charged. The machine insurance will continue to be charged in full during the replacement period.

For insured equipment, the hirer must pay a deductible (excess) of € 500.00 per claim.
